Arm Workouts for Women | 4 Women Not Men !

There are Arm Workouts for Women that will not cause the bulk-up effect. Women in the gym do the same workouts for their arms as men do allot of time, but what they don’t realize is that with doing these same exercises as men it can bulk their arms up! You see most women want to be tone, slim, and slender. Not bulky or chiseled out. Coming from a guy’s point of view, it freaks me out when I see a women more muscular then I lol ! My Wife is one of those ladies that really likes to be in shape and slender. So I’m very fortunate . . .

What do Arm Workouts for Women Do?

Ladies . . .

Understand that you can do these arm workouts with or without weights, resistance bands, etc. The trick is to work out your arms with lower resistance or weight, BUT with more reps.

I don’t know if people know this but “fat” is of course on top of your muscle & between your skin right. Well it’s also between your muscle fibers! With doing any kind of working out you’ll burn this fat off amongst other areas. Burning this fat in all of these areas will result to a more slender sexy look and allow your desired amount of contours, “curves”.

When doing these Arm Workouts for Women, your muscles will lose their fat and also tone up and become more dense. Once the fatty cells are gone then your body will pull fat from between your muscles and skin for energy, slimming you down.

Try These Arm Workouts for Women . . .

Working Out Shoulders ~ Extend your arms straight out as far as possible, and move your arms in small circles slowly. Then you’ll want to speed this motion up to a pace that might feel a little uncomfortable. And slow down as you feel the burn in your shoulders. Also change directions doing the same motions.

This will cause you to have a burning sensation in your shoulders, and when you do you’ll know you’re doing this correctly.

Triceps Exercises ~ Support yourself on a bench with your left hand and left knee, Kind of like a half crawling position on the bench. Position your right elbow up as far as you can comfortably and dangle your arm loosely while holding a 3 lbs. weight. Slowly lift the weight, straitening your elbow as far as you can go, while at the same time tightening your Triceps (back arm).

Doing this with light weights and lots of reps will eventually melt your fat and tone your triceps muscle.

Biceps Training ~ Sit down or stand up, it doesn’t matter. But make sure you’re stable, you don’t want to jerk around a lot. You’re going to want to dangle the arm you’re training with and slowly lift a weight that can be repped out a few times. While lifting the hand, weight curl your wrist inwards as you reach the higher end of curl. Doing this will workout more of your bicep and create a nice “cut like” feature under the main Biceps muscle.

This curl is called “The Arnold Schwarzenegger Bicep Curl”. I’m not saying he invented the curl. It’s just known that Arnold curled in his reps, for a more worked out repetition for optimum results.

Forearm Muscles ~ What you want to do here is sit down on a bench, and with your palms facing up position them on the end of the platform so your hands have nothing under them. Next hold a pair of light hand weights and slowly curl them up and down. This particular exercise can be painful right away due to the style of lifting. Your forearms will burn and your muscles will feel as if they want to give out.

You won’t have to do a lot of these as they are very effective.
